Ken Gould, President

With over 45 years in the industry, Ken has used his wealth of knowledge, experiences and resources to benefit his consulting clients through mergers, acquisitions, business development and team building. Ken is a former president of the NYFAA and the MBFAA, sits on the Foundation Board for North Shore LIJ Staten Island University Hospital, is on the ESA Board of Directors as well as being the ESA New Jersey CSA Rep.

Joseph Cordi, Executive Assistant

Currently, a Senior at Rutgers University studying business administration and is working toward gaining experience in all facets of the electronic/life security industry. Currently, Joe supports our marketing efforts, development of company reports, post-acquisition processes, and brings a positive and technical culture to our company.

Ryan Gould, Executive Assistant

Currently a sophomore at Cornell University studying business and is working toward becoming a consultant. Currently, Ryan supports our marketing efforts, development of financial reports, and internal and client strategy, and brings a positive and technical culture to our company.

Peter Raymond, Consultant

Owner of PF Raymond, INC. He oversees operations for a global consulting firm focused on security, fire, cyber and other technologies in the security-related arena. Design systems and specify equipment according to UL requirements and local codes. Assist US manufacturers in foreign countries on training local personnel in fire, security and safety procedures. Currently the COO of the New Jersey Electronic Life Safety Association Member of the board of directors of International Fire and Life Safety Experts.

Jim de Vries, Consultant

Jim de Vries is a skilled thought leader with more than 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their desired outcomes through his ability to facilitate teams and drive improvement. His experience encompasses financial, commercial, CRM, services, IT, call centers, security, transportation, automotive, power systems, oil and gas, nuclear energy, research and development, government, and electronics industries.

Robert Shoremount, Consultant

32 years of electronic security industry experience from his work in the internal audit, acquisition and compliance departments of National Guardian Security Services, Holmes Protection Group, ADT Security Services and HSM Electronic Protection Services and as an industry consultant for the past fifteen years. Ray has valued over 250 alarm businesses and participated in over 150 purchase transactions of businesses ranging in size from a few accounts to ADT’s acquisition of Cambridge/SecurityLink. In 2007, he become a consultant to the security industry where he shares his experience and expertise with business owners to help them achieve their goals and maximize their investment, profits and valuation. Clients ranging in size from small alarm companies to industry leaders such as ADT, Stanley Security Solutions, Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. and CIBC Bank USA have used and continue to use Ray’s services to maximize their results and protect their investment. Mr. Lynn is an experienced presenter, with past presentations made for ISC East, ISC West, ESX, NJELSA, as well as private dealer groups. His credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University and a CPA certificate issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kristin Leonardo, Consultant

Safety & Compliance Officer with 20 years of experience in the industry. Her experience and knowledge of the Life Safety & Security industry makes her uniquely qualified to develop safety and compliance programs that meet the specific needs of the industry, whether it’s developing a customized training program or providing support, she is dedicated to helping keep employees and management teams safe and compliant to federal and state laws & regulations across all areas in the life safety industry.  She is an authorized OSHA Instructor, who tailors classes to the specific needs of our line of work and a Facility Security Officer for a UL2050 Central Station located in Long Island, NY.

Rich Pepe, Consultant

From his role as a change agent to his uncanny ability to identify risks, Jay has been able to help save millions of dollars through the study of competitive advantage and strategy.

Currently working as a consultant with Stefanini, Jay provides strategic guidance in several key areas, such as digital marketing, product marketing, business development, strategic alliance, and sales enablement. One of Jay’s strengths lies in his ability to thrive well under high-pressure situations.

As a son of a banker, Jay brings his love for reconciling the balance sheet into his professional and personal life. As an American-South Indian who grew up in Dubai, UAE, and has been living between NYC and New Jersey for the past 34 years, he refers to himself as a True New Yorker.
